Bona Fide Law Firm has successfully conducted a risk assessment of an International Food Company, operating in North Macedonia, related to their compliance with the Law on the protection of competition and its bylaws.

During the assessment, our team has conducted several interviews with the company’s employees, from different levels and departments, reviewed the company’s cooperation and distribution agreements, the company’s antitrust policy, protocols and procedures.
