Bona Fide Law Firm has assisted a Slovenian Reinsurance company, which is also the largest reinsurance company domiciled in Central and Eastern Europe, in competition clearance in North Macedonia, with respect to acquisition of control over the one of the main Slovenian fund management companies.

The transaction was cleared at the same time by the Slovenian, Serbian, Montenegrin, Kosovo’s and Macedonian competition authorities, through a regional cooperation with other law firm that Bona Fide law firm cooperates with.
